Tamir Pinhas

Tamir, the owner and president of Preferred Home Builders since its founding in 1996, has been serving clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area for nearly three decades. Coming from a long line of builders, Tamir naturally followed in his family’s footsteps, continuing the business he grew up with. His exceptional attention to detail and hands-on approach to management have earned him a respected reputation in the local construction industry. Tamir personally oversees each remodeling project, guiding his team of 25 professionals to ensure every job is efficient, organized, and successful. With over 24 years of experience, Tamir is known for his expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality results on every project.

Hadas A.

Hadas has been part of the Preferred Home Builders team since 2007. She began with Preferred as Office Administrator and was promoted to Project Manager in 2009 and then to Office Manager in 2014. This experience coupled with her B.A. in Management made her the perfect candidate for Chief Operating Officer for Preferred. Hadas works closely with the Preferred Home Builders team to ensure customers’ needs are being met by providing their renovation project runs smoothly. Hadas’ personable, conscientious and organized approach is why she is so good at what she does.

Talia P.

Talia brings over 10 years of construction project management, to the Preferred Home Builders team. She helps turn a client’s design into reality by managing the process which includes scheduling tradesmen, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring that the highest quality work is completed on each job. Talia has experience in a wide range of projects from Woodland Hills house gut renovations to Beverly Hills full interior remodels. When unusual or unexpected situations arise, this experience allows Talia to consider and offer different solutions, sometimes using even unconventional methods to ensure that her clients satisfaction with their desired result is always the top priority

As Office Administrator for Preferred Home Builders, Dani has many responsibilities. Her focal and most important duty is processing completed contracts. Once a contract has been signed, Dani receives the contract, and gathers all information regarding the necessary documentation needed for permits and initiation of the project. A few of the items that Dani must gather, organize and create include the scope of work and a complete set of project specifications, before and after sets of design plans, and all contract-related documents. Dani also assists in the initial contact of the electricians, plumbers and other contractors involved in accomplishing the project.
